THOUGHT I WOULD DESIGN ANOTHER FREEBIE

Let's have 2 drawings in May. Tonight I designed this nice Well Stated Stencil. It's a 10" x 20" and it's 2 pieces 5 mil Clear Mylar. I can already see many of these hanging in Craft Fair Tents!
