We have to cross the Puget Sound into Elliot Bay. Its a nice 50 minute scenic ride.

The water is FREEZING Cold BRRRRRRR

Seagulls.....you have to watch out though they fly and poop at the same time

Pulling up to the ferry dock...this is kinda slow takes about 5 minutes to ease in.

Here is the ferry, she holds about 200 vehicles and lots and lots of passengers including pets.

AAHHH THOSE NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS

Most of us make them and if we are honest we probably end up back sliding! So this year I have decided instead of listing all of my faults I am going to tackle one that I think hurts me more then any of the others. If I can change this one thing it will make me a much better person.

I am going to work on NOT HOLDING GRUDGES. Now I don't get upset over every little thing that comes along only the things I really care about that actually bother me....so that narrows it down a bit...LOL....I don't want yall think I'm just a big grudge holder because really I have a bad memory and I forget a lot of stuff. I am wishing that by practicing not holding grudges can become habit forming to me. So the first step is going to be forgiveness....first myself because it has to start with me and then others who I think are the reason I harbor bad feelings/grudges.

OK so far so good! I hope everyone who makes their resolutions can stick to them especially me!

Its snowing in the Pacific Northwest so of course I am sitting here designing Snowman Stencils! I guess if I keep on I better fix me a Hot Cocoa with whipped cream over top! Then there will be no telling what else I may come up with! Maybe something with Legs!

FREE STENCIL DRAWING FOR JANUARY

WOW January sounds so far away, but it's not! My drawing is on Jan 1, 2010. Plenty of time to get some Great Valentines Day signs done! This is one of my most Favorite Love Quotes...it makes me laugh every time I read it. It always makes me wonder what exactly was he trying to say? Anyway it makes for a Beautiful Stencil made from 5 mil clear mylar measuring approx 10" x 24"

TO WRITE LOVE ON HER ARMS

It's been a tough year for my middle son Drew. He has lost 2 friends to suicide within 6 months, both came without warning or any type of notice....just about knocked us off of our feet. My heart is broken for both families, I am very sad especially for the mothers.
So I asked Drew was there something we could do...and he asked me to visit this website called To Write Love On Her Arms I was very surprised learning the Facts and I got a knot in my stomach when I saw how some as young as 9 commit suicide. When you are 9 you are not even supposed to know about sadness and depression.
This website was brought into being when someone tried to hurt theirself and friends came together to help her and help find a way to pay for her treatments. My family has made several purchases to this worthy cause. Please visit and make yourself aware of these things.
